Townhouses and Condos in San Jose starting in the low 600s

The Craigslist flaggers do not want you to see my ads, which inform, educate, and inspire you to buy a townhouse or condo in San Jose through me.
WHY IS THAT?

Keep in mind that your back-end ratio (DTI) must adjust down for HOA fees- trade-off is convenience and management of common areas, not to mention maintenance and repair of exterior surfaces and appurtenances. Occasionally, some of your utilities are included in HOA fees. Quite often, as is the case in nicer complexes, rent restrictions apply.
Rule of thumb: deduct 50k purchase power for HOA fees of 300/mo to be realistic about choices.

You are buying a house to make it your family home. I know houses, and I manage risks effectively. In this market, you need straight talk, now more than ever!
